Ratan Kumer Roy Research Associate [Assistant Director]-Fisheries.

Work Profile:

Researching on livelihood information needs of rural people in the areas of fisheries and aquaculture
Collecting resource materials for livelihood content development on fisheries and aquaculture;
Developing livelihood content based on demand from grassroots people on fisheries and aquaculture;
Developing directory database on fisheries and aquaculture resources;
Supporting help desk team with new knowledge and information on fisheries and aquaculture;
Updating livelihood content based on needs and demand of the users;
Developing partnership with content developing and domain organizations at home and abroad;
Drafting research papers on content development;
Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Worked as an Manager ( Fisheries) from 09 October 2004 to 27 November 2005 at Rangpur Dinagpur Rural Services (RDRS).
