Work Profile:
• Development of work plan for project implementation
• Oversee financial management of the project
• Deal with funding organization
• Represent the organization at various national and international forum
• Organize public event relevant of project output dissemination
• Guide update and enrichment of website and CD publication
• Implement action of the program by coordinating activities and staffs under the project
• Preparation of documentary film on specific human rights violation and mitigation
• Research and follow-up on specific human rights violation
• Guide the grass-root level workers, Visit project area at regular interval
• Edit legal content, prepare project progress report
• Monitor the legal content development activities in Bangla
• Collection & compilation of information on VAW incidents specially Rape, Acid attack & Sexual harassment as well as incidents of gross human rights violation.
• Observations in police station of D.M.P, two public hospitals & 6 special tribunal in Dhaka city.
• Follow up of specific & limited number of rape and acid attack cases out side Dhaka during deposition of the complainant, victim, the examining doctor and at the time of argument. At that time assisting the public prosecutor and prepare the witness to give deposition without any fear.
• Besides this giving training to the staff of partner organization out side Dhaka will be a strategy for replicating this monitoring methodology.
• Arrange seminar, workshop & meeting with the personnel of the ministries, institution and department relating to our work.
• Analysis and compilation of information for the publication of leaflets, posters etc. distribution to relevant authorities and institutions to be used for raising public awareness
• Analysis and identify the loopholes of legal provision consistent with Citizen's Right.

Advocate, Supreme court of Bangladesh.From March 2005- May 2005 : Working as a 'Project Officer' in a testing of an instrument for assessment of a government policy relating to Women's Health Right From April 1999-November 2004: Working as a “Project Officer” in a project named “Monitoring State Intervention to Combat Violence Against Women” under Naripokkho, an organization working for the protection and promotion of women's rights and creating awareness to build resistance against violence, discrimination and injusticeFrom 15th August 1998 to 30th March 1999 - Research Lawyer for Legislative Advocacy and participation of the Civil Society (LAPCS) project of Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST).
