Work Profile:

Sk.Masudur Rahman's present work profile of D.Net is-
•  Guiding a number of community based information, knowledge and learning centres in rural areas to achieve specific targets
•  Keeping updated status of centre operations and posting them in a web-based system
•  Providing help-desk support to the personnel working in the rural centres
•  Tracking, monitoring and evaluating centre performance through a system and reporting to the project leaders
•  Visiting centres following a schedule and performing a pre-listed tasks, which include and keeping professional field notes
•  Preparing filed report for improving centre performance
•  Collecting and writing case studies form the centres and posting in the web-based system both in Bangla and English
•  Providing data to the research team for report writing of the centres guided by you
•  Participating in evaluation process Managing meeting for national coalition for telecentre movement

M.Com in Management, National University , 2002.
B.Com (Hons.) in Management, National University , 2001.

Professional Experience and Other Involvement :

•  CARE Bangladesh, Module Designer-for SHOUHARDO, July 2006 to November 2006.
•  CARE Bangladesh, Administrative Assistant, June 2005 to June 2006.
•  ActionAid Bangladesh , Monitoring Officer, September 2004 to May 2005
•  DESIGO , Assistant Administrative, March 2002 to April 2004.

Key Qualifications:
•  Co-ordination with the Local Government/NGO's/Local Representative.
•  Assist Partner Organization to develop capabilities in achieving Project goal.
•  Prepared and reviewed the monthly Payroll information Report (PIR) and Quit-Claim Form (QCF). Submitted those reports to CBHQ-Finance on time.
•  Ensured daily/monthly payments to the staff/members/vendors based on PR (Purchase Requisition), TER (Travel Expenses Report) MER (Miscellaneous Expenses Report) SOP-2 (Staff Overtime Payments), Medical Bills, Vendors' bills including relevant documents (like LPRF, COP, PO, Quotations/Price List, Bid Summary etc) accurately and in time.
•  Maintaining Inventory Management System (IMS) program for store items record keeping and generate the report.
•  Organizing necessary logistic support for training/meeting (e.g. stationeries, vehicle, venue and other materials) in time according to requirements by the projects/section.
•  Checked/reviewed bills/vouchers in accordance with Check Disbursement Voucher (CDV), Cash Received Voucher (CRV) adjusting journal entry request (AJER) and other relevant documents.
•  Kept and maintained the security control in order to control user access in the software operation with consultation of the Project Manager (PM), Manager-Support Services (MSS) and ensured proper storage of SCALA backup Diskettes & Server.
•  Maintain stuff database, personnel files and leave and other records.
•  Data entry for stuff database and documentation with MIS.
•  Managed/Handled the petty cash as per organizations law and practice.

Professional training & workshop:
•  PRW/ESS/Project Phase out Workshop, organization by RMP-CARE Bangladesh .
•  Orientation about Disaster Management by ActionAid Bangladesh .
•  RMS Training by ActionAid Bangladesh .
•  Attended The Impact Assessment of 2004 flood Response, which Implemented by AAB.
•  As a Rapporteur for the training “Reproductive and Sexual Health Right in Adolescence, Disability, Disaster and Violence against Women” Which Implemented by AAB.
