Asma Ayub Programme officer

Work Profile:

Providing expert opinion on educational matters and education information over the Internet and phone;
Documenting questions and answer banks using online platform;
Maintaining user questions records and performing analysis;
Feeding content development team with new areas of livelihood queries based on the type of questions villagers posed;
Developing partnership with different organizations for getting expert consultation on a regular basis;
Extensive reading of materials (mainly internet and other resources) which will facilitate to improve skills of responding question of users;
Updating online database of service provider's directory;
Preparing document with learning experiences;
Participating in preparation of research reports;
Performing different evaluation processes of the organization for further improvement;
Performing any other task assigned by the management relevant to D.Net's core activities.

Education:

Passed S.S.C in 1994 from Rajshahi Board in Humanities Group, with first Division.
Passed H.S.C in 1996 from Rajshahi Board in Arts Group, with second Division.
Completed B.A honors in 1999 from Eden College in Philosophy Department, obtaining second-class marks, exam held in 2001.
Completed M.A in 2000 from Eden College in Philosophy Department,obtaining second-class marks, exam held in 2002.
PGDPM (Post Graduate Diploma in Personel Management) Course Studying in BIM (Bangladesh Institute of Management) in session 2007.

Participation in national workshop :

Participate in an national workshop on birth registration, organized by UNDP .

Traning Received :

Four days Animators Training received from The Hunger Project.
Six days TOT (Training of Trainers) received from The Hunger Project.
Four days Youth Leaders Training received from The Hunger Project.

I worked The Hunger Project Bangladesh from October'04 to June'07
