Meeting on ICT-based Livelihood Content for Rural Community: Which Way should it go?

A meeting titled ICT-based Livelihood Content for Rural Community: Which Way should it go? has been held on March 28, 2007 at D.Net Conference Room. It was basically about sharing experiences between domain experts and the team at D.Net responsible for developing the legal and human rights content. The participants gave their comments on the existing content and their views about how to enhance its quality so that this particular content is able to better meet the needs of the rural community and other people accessing for it. The suggestions they have provided will be a valuable resource for further development of the legal and human rights content.

This meeting is actually one in the series of a focus group discussion planned to be done with the domain experts on different contents. The other such discussion will be held on agriculture, non-farm, health, education, appropriate technology and disaster management. The comments and views coming out of these meetings will be incorporated in the further development of the content.
