Qualification & Competencies:

• Fresh Ph.D in Economics/ Statistics/ Public Administration with 1 year work experience at senior level or equivalent position or minimum Masters in Economics/ Statistics/ Public Administration or equivalent with minimum 3 years of total professional experience, of which 1 year work experience at senior level or equivalent position;
• Minimum one publication in a reputed journal;
• Experience in conducting research work and data analysis;
• Skills in drafting research papers both in Bangla and English;
• Advanced Skills in using ICT applications (office package both Bangla and English, Internet, e-mail);
• Experience in field visit;

Job Description:

• Undertaking simultaneously 2-3 research projects on economic, trade and social issues;
• Visit and stay at project locations for conducting research;
• Coordinating data and information collection team for impact analysis;
• Drafting research papers and reports according to strict deadline;

Starting Salary: BDT. 18194 + other admissible benefits

Working Area: Dhaka, with occasional field visit and travel abroad.
