Qualification & Competencies:
- Masters in Fisheries (graduation in zoology is not applicable);
- Minimum one (1) year experience in any development/ research/educational organization (For Programme Officer);
- Direct field experience on assisting farmers in fish culture and management;
- Advanced Skills in using ICT applications (Internet, e-mail, messenger);
- Composing skills in both Bangla and English;
- Skills in drafting reports both in Bangla and English;
- Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English;
Job Description:
- Providing solution on problems of aquaculture, fish production, harvesting, processing and marketing over the Internet and phone;
- Documenting questions (will come from field) directly in software ;
- Maintaining call records and performing call analysis;
- Feeding content development team with new areas of livelihood quires;
- Develop partnership with different organizations for getting expert consultation;
- Extensive reading of materials which will facilitate to improve skills of responding question of users;
- Updating directory database;
- Prepare document with learning experiences;
- Participating in preparation of research reports;
- Performing evaluation of help-line service for further improvement;

Starting Salary:
Programme Officer: BDT 12425 + other admissible benefits
Programme Associate: BDT 8150 + other admissible benefits
Working Area: Dhaka, with occasional field visit
