Qualification & Competencies:

• Masters in any ICT discipline;
• Minimum five (05) years of total professional experiences, of which 2 years work experiences at senior level or equivalent position;
• Experience in designing & managing software development;
• Experience in developing GIS database;
• Experience in managing independent programme;
• Experience in supervising a small group;
• Expertise in drafting and report writing;
• Experience in representing the organization in different forums;
• Ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment;

Job Description:

• Plan, lead, coordinate and monitor all activities related to assigned ICT projects under the division;
• Coordinate financial issues related to assigned projects;
• Develop and disseminate reports as per the policy;
• Negotiate with donors and partners as and when required
• Maintain & manage the documentation of all projects;
• Development of work plan for project implementation;
• Facilitate workshop & meeting with the rural community;
• Guide the training team for designing TOT session;
• Other administrative tasks of KMD;

Starting Salary:

Deputy Director: BDT 23430 + other admissible benefits

Working Area: Dhaka, with occasional field visit
